Are your products Halal?
Absolutely all of our products are 100% Halal.
Are your products suitable for dietary restrictions?
We offer options for different dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegan and nut-free items. Please ask our team about current availability and let us know about severe allergies when ordering so we can discuss ingredients and precautions.
Do you deliver, and what areas do you cover?
We offer local delivery within Lakemba and surrounding suburbs, within a 5km radius, with a minimum order. Delivery charges apply. For larger catering orders, delivery further afield may be arranged. Contact us for the current minimum, charges and availability.
How far in advance should I order custom cakes?
For standard celebration cakes, we recommend at least 48 hours’ notice. For custom-designed cakes or wedding cakes, please allow 2–3 weeks. Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability; call us to discuss what you need.
How long do your products stay fresh?
Our breads are best enjoyed within 2–3 days, pastries within 1–2 days and cakes within 3–4 days. Store bread in paper bags at room temperature. Refrigerate cakes and pastries with perishable fillings, and ask our team for storage advice for your purchase.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order up to 24 hours before your arranged pickup or delivery time. Changes to custom cake designs or sizes may need more notice. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Do you offer wholesale options for cafés and restaurants?
Yes. We supply local cafés and restaurants with bread and pastries, and welcome enquiries from retail shops and venues. We offer wholesale pricing and can discuss custom items for your menu. Get in touch to discuss a tasting and a supply arrangement.
